Remote Daemon provides website uptime monitoring, SSL certificate tracking, security scanning, and related reporting tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to monitor websites you do not own or have authorization to monitor.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate restrictions.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service outside of its intended API.

5. Plans and payment

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed annually. Payments are currently processed via bank transfer. Plan features and pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Uptime and availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or business impact resulting from Service interruptions.

7. Data and monitoring

Monitoring data is retained according to your plan's history limits. We are not responsible for any consequences of relying on monitoring data, alerts, or security scan results. Our reports are informational and do not guarantee security.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Remote Daemon. You retain ownership of your monitoring data and configuration.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Daemon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
